Junior Quantity Surveyor

Overview Pintaras (East Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is hiring a Junior Quantity Surveyor in Mukah to handle quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and contract administration for construction projects. Requirements 1. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. 2. Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in the construction or civil engineering industry. 3. Good knowledge of quantity measurement, costing, tendering, and contract administration. 4. Familiar with Bill of Quantities (BQ), interim claims, variation orders, and final accounts. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; knowledge of QS software is an advantage. 6. Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with project/site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Responsibilities 1. Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, BQ, tender documents, and quotation. 2. Measure and verify completed works at site. 3. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. 4. Prepare and verify interim payment claims and progress payments. Location Mukah
