Junior Executive (Information Technology)

Overview Daiken Sarawak Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian & Japanese joint venture company established in Bintulu since 1994, designs and manufactures Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) for export. As the Junior Executive (Information Technology), you will manage and provide technical support to users and ensure the smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. Requirements 1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. 2. 1-2 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage. 3. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and LAN/Wi-Fi setup. 4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and email systems. 5. Knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. 6. Basic understanding of network security, backups, and IT support procedures. 7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 9. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 10. Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn new technologies. Responsibilities 1. Manage and provide technical support to users. 2.
