Junior Engineer

Overview construction company in Kuching is seeking a Junior Engineer to support senior engineers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily project activities. This role involves site supervision, coordination with project stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Requirements 1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 2. Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 3. Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage. 4. Able to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documents. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage. 6. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage. 8. Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn. 9. Able to work independently as well as in a team. 10. Possess own transport and be willing to travel for site assignments. Responsibilities 1. Assist senior engineers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily project activities. 2. Supervise site work to ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. 3. Monitor project progress and promptly report any technical or site issues. 4. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams. 5. Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates. 6. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. 7. Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and relevant regulations. Location Kuching, Sarawak
