An established engineering consultant firm in Kuching, Sarawak is seeking a suitably qualified and energetic Inspector of Works for a project located in Kuching. The role requires full-time supervision at the site to ensure works are executed satisfactorily and coordinated smoothly among subcontractors.
Requirements
1. Diploma holder in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute is preferable.
2. Registered as Inspector of Works (IOW) with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
3. 3 to 7 years of site supervision experience.
4. Relevant experience in drainage works, earthworks and roadworks is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
1. Provide full-time supervision at the site.
2. Coordinate related works between sub-contractors to ensure smooth flow of works.
3. Assist the Resident Engineer in ensuring contract deliverables are executed satisfactorily.
