Inspector of Works / Clerk of Works (Kerani Tapak)

Overview We have an opening for an Inspector of Works or Clerk of Works (Kerani Tapak) to oversee mechanical and electrical works across sites in Kota Samarahan and Kuching Division. The role requires meticulous inspection and reporting. Requirements 1. Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Building Services. 2. 1-5 years of working experience in related fields. Responsibilities 1. Supervise mechanical and electrical works. 2. Inspect work on site and compare with drawings and specifications. 3. Monitor and report project progress. 4. Keep detailed records of project progress. 5. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. 6. Be based at several sites or travel between sites to carry out inspections as required. 7. Perform any other assignments given by the company. Location Kota Samarahan / Kuching Division
