Head Maintenance cum Supervisor

Overview Aiman Properties Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Head Maintenance cum Supervisor to coordinate daily operations, facility maintenance, security and housekeeping in Kota Samarahan, Sarawak. Requirements 1. Minimum Diploma or Degree or equivalent in a relevant field. 2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in property management, mall operations, facilities management, administration or a related field. 3. Possess a valid driving licence and own transport. 4. Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team. 5. Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese. 6. This position is intended for candidates with relevant working experience and qualifications; applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered. Responsibilities 1. Co-ordinate day-to-day operations including facility maintenance, security and housekeeping. 2. Monitor performance of service providers and act as liaison between tenants, management and authorities, ensuring compliance. 3. Handle administrative tasks on operational activities and coordinate events or promotions. 4. Perform other work-related activities as assigned by Management.
