Overview
This supervisory role oversees the daily operations of Aiman Mall, focusing on facility maintenance, security, housekeeping and service provider performance while ensuring compliance and smooth event coordination.
Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma/Degree or equivalent in relevant field.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in property management, mall operations, facilities management, administration or a related field. This position is intended for candidates with relevant working experience and qualifications; applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
3. Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
4. Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team.
5. Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
Responsibilities
1. Co-ordinate day to day operations including facility maintenance, security & housekeeping.
2. Monitor performance of service providers and act as liaison between tenants, management, authorities, ensuring compliance.
3. Administrative task on operational activities and coordinating events or promotion.
4. To perform work related activities as assigned by Management as and when required.
