Overview
Responsible for operating forklift and carrying out loading, packaging, and raw material handling tasks in a steel wire manufacturing environment.
Requirements
1. Minimum SPM and above.
2. Physical requirement to perform the job.
3. Ability to operate powered industrial machinery.
4. Able to identify product defects and quality according to quality plan.
5. Able to practice housekeeping and cleanliness under 5S requirement.
6. Able to work independently and report work progressively.
Responsibilities
1. Clean and check vehicle on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
2. Daily working output recording and reporting.
3. Handle finished goods and raw material internally.
4. Housekeeping at workplace and practicing 5S system.
5. Raw material receiving inspection, recording and handling.
6. Responsible for product loading and quantity check before customer delivery.
7. Responsible for product packaging and identification before customer delivery.
8. Handle scrap and disposal items.
9. Service and maintain factory vehicle (forklift/lorry) on a regular basis.
