We are looking for a Foreman / Handyman to join our team in Kuching. The role involves general repair and maintenance works, handling small repairs independently, arranging and supervising subcontractors, and assisting with house, property and office matters.
Requirements
1. Experience in construction, renovation or maintenance is preferred.
2. Basic handyman and repair knowledge.
3. Able to arrange and deal with subcontractors.
4. Possess a valid driving license.
5. Responsible, hardworking and trustworthy.
6. Able to work independently, supervise workers and manage daily site tasks.
Responsibilities
1. Perform general repair and maintenance works.
2. Handle small repairs independently.
3. Arrange subcontractors for bigger repair works.
4. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors.
5. Purchase hardware and materials.
6. Help move and arrange household and office items.
7. Pick up and deliver items when required.
8. Assist with general house, property and office matters.
