Overview
Bormal Engineering is looking for an experienced Excavator Operator in Kuching, Sarawak to operate excavators safely and efficiently for excavation, loading, backfilling, grading and related construction works.
Requirements
1. Candidate must possess a Driver's License.
2. Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Ability to use WhatsApp and Google Maps is an added advantage.
4. Willingness-to-learn attitude toward upskilling is an added advantage.
5. 2+ years of experience working as an excavator operator.
Responsibilities
1. Operate excavator safely and efficiently for excavation, loading, backfilling, grading and other construction activities.
2. Carry out daily inspection and basic maintenance checks on the excavator before operation.
3. Ensure the excavator is kept clean and in good working condition.
4. Follow instructions from the Site Supervisor and coordinate with ground personnel during operations.
5. Report any equipment defects, breakdowns or maintenance issues.
