Overview
ICOM Square Management is looking for a responsible and skilled Electrician / Technician to join its maintenance team at ICOM Square, Kuching. The role involves maintaining and repairing the building's electrical systems and responding to maintenance requests from tenants.
Responsibilities
1. Perform electrical maintenance and repairs for building facilities.
2. Troubleshoot wiring, lighting, switchboards and power systems.
3. Carry out preventive maintenance works.
4. Attend to tenants' maintenance complaints.
5. Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards.
Requirements
1. Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. At least 1 to 2 years of working experience; fresh graduates may apply.
3. Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
4. Able to work independently and respond to emergency calls.
5. Possess a valid driving license.
