Overview
Bormal Engineering seeks an Electrical Project Engineer to coordinate, plan and manage electrical works for power and infrastructure projects in Kuching, Sarawak.
Requirements
1. Degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. 3 years of work experience.
3. Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
4. Technical knowledge: familiar with electrical systems and design with strong problem-solving skills.
5. Computer literate and familiar with MS Office application software and AutoCAD.
6. Working knowledge of project management and coordination as well as ISO 9001 standard in the construction industry is an added advantage.
7. Experience in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
1. Assist the Project/Construction Manager in project management, site coordination and planning.
2. Engage in interfacing meetings with other disciplines to ensure constructability.
3. Assist in preparation of monthly progress meetings and reports.
4. Work in a multidisciplinary team to evaluate tender technical and contract requirements.
5. Assist in preparing tender documentation for submission.
