Overview ARKITEK SENIFORMASI SDN. BHD. is a full design firm involved in architecture, planning, landscaping and interior design. This Draughtsperson role is based in Kuching and focuses on preparing complete working drawings using CAD and AutoCAD. Requirements 1. Advanced knowledge and proficiency in CAD and AutoCAD software. 2. Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience. 3. Ability to prepare complete working drawings and work independently. 4. Good understanding of the concepts of construction detailing and building requirements. 5. Ability to coordinate and work effectively with other team members. 6. Strong attention to detail. 7. Experience in submission drawings and local authority requirements in Sarawak will be an advantage. Responsibilities 1. Prepare complete working drawings. 2. Work independently on drafting tasks. 3. Coordinate with other team members. 4. Apply construction detailing and building requirements to drawings. 5. Handle submission drawings and local authority requirements where required.
