An established consultancy company based in Kuching, Sarawak, is seeking a Designer Architect to join its organization. The role focuses on architectural design and involves working independently, developing design thinking and coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors.
Requirements
1. Possess a degree in Architectural Design, preferably LAM Part I / LAM Part II.
2. Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience.
3. Able to work independently, develop own design thinking and collaborate with the team.
4. Familiar with local authorities' requirements.
5. A sense of urgency to respond and react.
6. Able to communicate and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
7. Well versed in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Revit BIM software.
8. Good working attitude, proactive, ownership of work and hardworking.
9. Good command of English is an advantage.
