Dental Clinic Supervisor

Overview Benchmark Dental Sdn Bhd provides private dental healthcare services, including dental consultation, diagnosis, preventive care, restorative treatment, oral surgery, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and other related dental services. We are seeking a Dental Clinic Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure excellent patient care at our Kuching clinic. Requirements 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in dental clinic, healthcare, or clinic administration. 2. Experience in supervising staff is an advantage. 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 5. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 6. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/clinic management system). 7. Responsible, reliable, proactive, and customer-service oriented. 8. Able to speak and write Mandarin. Responsibilities 1. Supervise the daily operations of the dental clinic. 2. Ensure smooth workflow, excellent patient service, staff performance, cleanliness, and compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
