The company is looking for a Construction Manager for the Kapit Song area in Sarawak. Requirements 1. Ability to accurately interpret blueprints, architectural designs, and technical schematics. 2. Proficiency with industry tools like Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project. 3. Expert scheduling capability to mitigate structural delays and manage supply logistics. 4. Strong interpersonal skills required to manage labor crews and present updates to executives. 5. Ability to handle unexpected site emergencies, weather delays, or material supply issues. Responsibilities 1. Define project scope, determine necessary resources, and create detailed schedules. 2. Draft detailed cost estimates, manage project budgets, and track ongoing expenses. 3. Oversee daily site operations, delegate tasks to field workers, and manage subcontractors. 4. Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure build quality aligns with local building codes. 5. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and client representatives to resolve design or timeline issues. 6. Review contract documentation, manage bidding processes, and process change orders.
