Overview
Belianemas Synergy Sdn Bhd, a CIDB Grade G7 and ISO 9001:2015 certified general contractor, property developer and general supplier, is seeking a Construction Manager for road and bridge works. The position is based in Lawas and is project based.
Requirements
1. Degree in Civil Engineering or other equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum 7 years working experience in construction projects.
Responsibilities
1. Participate in or conduct project kick-off meetings.
2. Implement all policies, activities, procedures and instructions as relevant and required by the quality, safety and health system.
3. Plan and coordinate with the client on logistics issues.
4. Provide guidance to engineers in problem solving, customer complaints and project coordination.
5. Set up project specific quality, safety and health control measures in inspections and test plans.
6. Provide supervision on works performed by in-house staff or subcontractors at sites.
7. Review monthly reports and develop remedial measures if necessary.
8. Attend site meetings as required by the project meeting table.
9. Make recommendations to the Quality, Safety and Health Department from time to time on ways to improve relevant business processes and procedures.
