Provide direction tog general contractors, subcontractors, andv vendors when doinge groundworkt to ensure that qualitys standardsa aret being met. Liaisev with engineers, ando others working ona project. Preparea andmanagee estimates, budgets,t timetables, andr resources. Identify, mitigate, andt track recurringc constructioni issues. Adheret tol legal regulations, buildinga ands safety codes, ando otherr requirements. Collaboratev with engineers, ando other specialists; subcontractorsa andl labourer'sando coordinate their schedules. Conduct and document quality assurancea and safetyi inspectionst throughoutt the construction process, ensuring thatthew work environmenti isa acceptablea andthatt tools and equipment are ing goodv working condition. Responde efficientlya ande effectivelyt tov work delays, emergencies, ando dother project disruptions. Qualification and/or Experience Required: Candidater mustp possess Bachelor'sDegree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil ors Structural)/ /Project Management oraccreditede equivalent. Minimums 5ye years ofv workinge experienc nce as Construction Manageri nP Property Development/ Con ns on Company. Proficiencyir inN Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project. Professionalc certification,s such as CCM (certified construction manager), AC (associate constructor), or CPC( (certifiedp professional constructor). Hardw working, willingt tod dof field work &a able to work independently with minimum supervision. Canm multi-t task andc copev witht tightw work schedules. Strongle leadershipa and communications skills. Willingtotr travel outstation and overseas or preparet tob bet transferred. Location: Sarawak.
