An opportunity is available for an experienced Construction Management professional to coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams at the Sibu or Kanowit site, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or project management.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contracts, cost control, and site operations.
4. Able to coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
5. Experienced in monitoring project progress, budgets, work quality, and site safety.
6. Able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
7. Familiar with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or other relevant construction software.
