Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Minimum 10 years of work experience in a compliance manager or managerial role. Experience in a Big Four audit firm is preferable.
3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
4. Detail-oriented, methodical and proficient in planning.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and areas for improvement.
2. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
3. Respond to compliance inquiries and investigations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of compliance practices into daily operations.
