Clerk-of-Work – Architecture

Overview An architectural and interior design consultant firm is seeking Clerk-of-Work – Architecture candidates for Kuching, Samarahan, Sebuyau and Miri. The role supports the project team during reconnaissance, site inspection and documentation. Responsibilities 1. Fully support and advise all associated project team during their reconnaissance. 2. Assist the Head Office to vigilantly inspect site development and ensure work in progress meets the required specifications and quality standards. 3. Assist the Head Office to prepare detailed and accurate documentation of all works and onsite activities. 4. Assist in implementing site activities, site procedures and site instructions. 5. Monitor, record and report progress on project daily. Requirements 1. Must have a Diploma in Building / Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Architecture) or equivalent. 2. Possess CIDB Green Card. 3. Good communication skills, assertive and conversant with drawings and specifications. 4. Proficient in English, Microsoft Word and Excel. 5. Possess driving license. 6. Minimum 5 - 20 years of experience in related field is required for this position. 7. Candidate with knowledge in Architecture will be an added advantage.
