Manage the planning stages of construction projects and oversee construction engineering processes.
Requirements
1. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the civil and construction industry.
3. Able to use AutoCAD and/or other engineering design software.
4. Willing to learn with a positive working attitude.
5. Willing to travel.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the planning stages of construction projects.
2. Coordinate with the project manager and administer the efficient working of the construction process.
3. Monitor the lifecycle of all projects, prepare all project controls, update as per requirement, and document all processes.
4. Liaise between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
5. Oversee construction engineering processes.
6. Produce engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
7. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
8. Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at the project site.
