Overview
Bormal Engineering seeks a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily civil works, manpower, machinery and subcontractors to ensure smooth site execution in Kuching, Sarawak.
Requirements
1. Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2. 2 years of work experience.
3. Familiar with JKR standard specifications, design and codes of practice for civil engineering.
4. Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
5. Able to manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
6. Problem-solving skills to address site issues effectively.
7. A willingness-to-learn attitude towards upskilling is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise daily site operations according to project specifications.
2. Coordinate and oversee civil construction including the 3Ms (manpower, machinery and materials).
3. Ensure that all materials and construction processes meet the required standards and specifications.
4. Regularly report on-site progress, challenges and safety issues to the Project/Construction Manager.
