Career Opportunity CERAHJAYA REKABINA SDN BHD An established Construction Company urgently seek suitably qualified individuals to join our team and be part of an on-going project in Sarawak as follows: CIVIL ENGINEERING (Sarawak) Requirements: - Degree in Civil Engineering - Minimum 3 years working experience in construction firm as site engineer is an advantage - Must be flexible to travel to project sites in Sarawak - Excellent knowledge of construction industry; technology; methodology; management and contract - Excellent mathematical, scientific and IT skills - Excellent problem-solving skills and methodical way of thinking - Good at listening, following instructions and communication skills - Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia - Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage - Well verse in JKR and PAM form of contract, Uniform Building by Laws, Sarawak Building Ordinance - Local Authorities Requirements and understand the implications of Health and Safety Regulations - Well organised, able to work independently, able to meet deadlines - Computer literate in Microsoft Project, Excel, Words, Power Point, AutoCad and BIM software Job Duties: - Manage construction project and oversee building work - Undertake surveys, setting out and organizing facilities - Check technical designs and construction drawings to ensure they are followed correctly - Supervise contracted site workers - Liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants and other professionals - Prepare site reports and diary; fill RFI and QAQC, and other paperwork - Ensure health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to To Apply: Interested applicants are invited to write and submit their application with CV together with academic certificates, recent passport size photographs and expected salary via email to: Director, 1st Floor; No.646, Lot 1549, Kota Sentosa, Batu 7, Jalan Penrissen, 93250 Kuching, Sarawak.
