Vestcom Property Management is a professional firm specializing in managing and maintaining subdivided/strata buildings, serving developers, joint management bodies, management corporations and resident associations. We are seeking a Building Technician for Northbank, Kuching.
Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
3. Good interpersonal skills.
4. Computer literate with strong written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct building inspections as per work schedule.
2. Perform repair works.
3. Carry out daily checking of electrical, water meter, drainage and leaking issues.
4. Inspect for inter-floor leakage.
5. Read water meters (those not done water migration).
6. Follow and monitor works of external contractors if required.
7. Carry out preventive maintenance works.
8. Attend to emergency maintenance works as and when necessary.
9. Attend to complaints by units (assigned by BM/BE).
10. Assist the Joint Management Committee and building manager in carrying out their duties.
