Overview
Central Coldstorage Kuching Sdn. Bhd. is an established company engaged in poultry farming, processing, trading and retailing. The Assistant Factory Manager will enforce compliance with Company Policies, Food Safety and Quality programs, Safety and Health programs and FSSC 22000, execute production plans and monitor production performance.
Requirements
1. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Business Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
3. Excellent management and leadership skills.
4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
6. Effective communication and time management skills.
7. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
8. Able to work independently and multitask.
Responsibilities
1. Enforce compliance with Company Policies, Food Safety and Quality programs, Safety and Health programs and FSSC 22000.
2. Execute the production plan and monitor production performance.
3. Arrange the workforce and monitor worker performance.
4. Arrange resources to maximize order supply.
5. Complete daily orders timely.
6. Check and compile production reports and all related documents.
