An established architectural practice in Sarawak is seeking an Assistant Architect cum BIM Modeller to be based in Kuching. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (minimum LAM Part I), at least 2 years of construction industry experience, and strong BIM software knowledge.

Overview
The Assistant Architect cum BIM Modeller will be based in Kuching, Sarawak and will support architectural projects using BIM applications and architectural software tools.
Requirements
1. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (minimum LAM Part I registered).
2. Sound understanding of construction and contractual matters.
3. In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture, basic knowledge of Navisworks, and proficient knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural software applications.
4. Completion of BIM Modelling or BIM Management courses, or holding Autodesk Revit Architecture certification, will be an advantage.
5. Certificate Professional/Associate will be an advantage.
6. Sound knowledge of BIM applications in a project's lifecycle.
7. At least 2 years working experience in the construction industry.
8. Well-versed in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
9. Able to multi-task, work in a team, and also independently.
Responsibilities
1. Produce and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Support architectural design and documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other software applications.
3. Collaborate with project teams and work independently as required.
