Our Architectural and Interior Design Consultant Firm is seeking suitable candidates for the following posts: 1. GRADUATE ARCHITECT / ASSISTANT ARCHITECT (Kuching, 2 posts) - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent. Ability to present articulate design to clients. At least 3 years of working experience beneficial; fresh graduates and registered Architects also encouraged. 2. INTERIOR DESIGNER (Kuching, 2 posts) - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Fresh graduates, entry-level designers, and interns welcome. Developing design proposals, preparation of construction and detailed drawings, sourcing FF&E, materials, product specifications, attending site visits, and assisting with project documentation. Proficient in CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop. 3. CLERK-OF-WORK – ARCHITECTURE (Kuching/Sebuyau, 1 post) - Diploma in Building, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architecture) or equivalent. Possess CIDB Green Card, good communication skills, proficient in English, Microsoft Word and Excel, possess driving license. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in related field. Responsibilities include inspecting site development, ensuring work meets specifications and quality standards, preparing documentation, monitoring progress.
