Overview
KFF Ice Works (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd, a wholesale supplier of block ice, tube ice and flake ice, is seeking an Area Manager to drive sales growth, manage delivery operations and ensure smooth business operations in the Kuching area.
Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, distribution, logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries.
3. Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
4. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
5. Possess good planning and coordination skills to ensure smooth delivery and operational performance.
6. Excellent communication, customer service and negotiation skills.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8. Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel within the assigned areas (Kuching area).
9. Proficiency in English and Malay; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
