KFF Ice Works (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Area Manager to oversee sales and delivery operations in Bintawa, Kuching. The role involves driving sales growth, managing logistics, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements
1. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, distribution, logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries.
3. Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
4. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
5. Possess good planning and coordination skills to ensure smooth delivery and operational performance.
6. Excellent communication, customer service and negotiation skills.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8. Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel within the assigned areas (Kuching area).
9. Proficiency in English and Malay; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
