Overview
An architecture firm in Kuching, Sarawak is looking for an Architectural Draftsperson to prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software, review and revise drawings, and ensure they meet building codes and regulations.
Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. At least 3 years and above of work experience in the field.
3. Good knowledge of AutoCAD, 2D and 3D modeling (i.e. Sketch Up) is an advantage.
4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare detailed drawings of architectural designs and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
2. Review and revise drawings to incorporate changes and ensure accuracy.
3. Prepare building plans for submission to authorities.
4. Ensure drawings meet building codes and other regulations.
5. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and authority departments to ensure accuracy of drawings.
