An architecture firm in Kuching, Sarawak is looking for an Architect (Part 1 / Part 2) to develop concept designs, produce construction drawings, assist with feasibility studies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
1. Degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. At least 3 years and above of work experience in the field.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Sketch Up, Adobe, or BIM is an advantage.
4. Knowledge of authorities' submission requirements.
5. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
1. Develop concept designs, produce construction drawings, and assist with feasibility studies.
2. Ensure compliance with regulations.
3. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
4. Attend meetings and site inspections.
5. Assist in contract administration and project coordination.
