The company is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia, wholly-owned by a Malaysian Construction Company operating since 2011. It is registered with CIDB under grade G7 and UPKJ Class A, having completed government and private projects in Sarawak. 3-TON LORRY DRIVER (Kuching)
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (3-Ton) / Class D or E / GDL (Goods Driving License) Certificate.
- At least 1-2 year(s) experience as a lorry driver preferred.
- Experience with goods handling preferred.
- Self-motivated, able to work without supervision, responsible, hardworking, familiar with local routes (or able to navigate using apps), good communication skills.
- Obey road rules and company safety regulations.
Job Scope:
- Safely operate a 3-Ton (approx. 17-ft) lorry to transport goods.
- Vehicle inspections (fluids, tires, brakes) and cleaning.
- Loading, unloading, and securing goods safely.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Kuching)
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or Building Construction Management.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field; fresh graduates encouraged to apply, on-job training provided.
- Prepare, negotiate and manage all costs related to civil engineering and building projects during pre and post contract stage.
- Procurement of construction materials and sourcing of vendors/suppliers/sub-contractors.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and all management levels.
