ADMIN CLERK (Kuching) Main Responsibilities: - Assist in day-to-day operations efficiently - Maintain proper filing system, ensure effective document control for easy access and retrieval - Perform adhoc tasks when assigned - Prepare essential documentation - Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary - Prepare document tender - Register & Renewal license UPKI, CIDB, MOF Job Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least SPM & DIPLOMA (Fresh graduate) - Computer literate, good in Microsoft Words & Excel - Able to work multitask, under pressure, independently & adhere to deadlines with minimum supervision - Minimum 3 years relevant experience - Able to commence work immediately will be an added advantage - Driving License will be advantage & own transport 2. CHARGEMAN/WIREMAN (G1&G2) (L1/L2/L3/L4) Location: Sarawak Responsibilities: - Identify and address workplace hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Take corrective action to eliminate or minimize risks - Make decisions about safety matters and implement necessary changes Job Requirements: - Hold Certificate of Chargeman in Category L1, L2 O/H or H2 O/H OR L2 HZ U/G, L3 and L4 - Hold Certificate of Competency, Authorisation, - Certificate (CAC) under Sarawak Energy Berhad - Able to Work on Site - Minimum 1-year relevant work experience in electrical field - Possess strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills - Driving License & Willing to travel 3. CIVIL & STRUCTURE ENGINEER (C&S) Location: Sarawak Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering - Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the Civil & construction industry - Able to use AutoCAD and/or other engineering design software - Willing to learn with positive working attitude - Willing to travel Job Description: - Managing the planning stages of construction projects - Coordinate with project manager and administer efficient working of construction process and monitor lifecycle of all projects and prepare all project controls and update as per requirement and document all processes - Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers - Overseeing construction engineering processes - Produces engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedule - Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards - Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site 4. QUANTITY SURVEYOR Location: Kuching Job Description: - To initiate, prepare, coordinate; taking off quantities price, compile, check and to complete Project Tender Document Submission - To coordinate, check, verify and evaluate all relevant document for the interim Progress Claims Interim payment Certificates inclusive of documents from Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers - To initiate and conduct the joint inspection for valuation of work done with external and internal stakeholders as and when necessary - To initiate, check, verify and evaluate all Variation Orders (VO) Description: - Minimum level of education: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor - 1 or 2 years of experience - Good at English & Melayu - Driving License and Own Transport 5.
