PROJECT MANAGER (Sarawak) Job Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, including initiation, planning, execution monitoring and closeout; Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams; Track project progress against schedule, quality standards and technical specifications; Coordinate with consultants, contractors and authorities; Allocate resources efficiently; Manage budgets and cost control; Enforce HSSE protocols; Provide regular updates and maintain documentation. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; Minimum 8 years site-based project management experience; Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Office; Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving skills; Willing to travel and work full time on site. 2. PROJECT PLANNER (Kuching, Sarawak) Job Responsibilities: Develop resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6; Track progress and implement corrective actions; Coordinate with project managers, engineers and site teams; Identify risks and cost overruns; Optimize resource allocation; Produce weekly and monthly performance reports. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; 3-5 years relevant experience, infrastructure experience an advantage; Proficient in Primavera P6; Understanding of contract administration and progress reporting; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Good report writing with attention to detail. 3. SITE ENGINEER (Sarawak) Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily site activities to ensure safety, quality and specifications; Carry out inspections for compliance; Allocate resources, materials and equipment; Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; Resolve technical issues; Prepare site progress reports and maintain documentation. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; 3-5 years experience in infrastructure projects; Proficiency in project management software and MS Office; Strong problem-solving and decision-making; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Willing to travel and work full-time on site. 4. ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE / ACCOUNTANT (Kuching, Sarawak) Job Responsibilities: Manage full set of accounts, monthly closing, reconciliations and financial reporting; Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management; Prepare financial statements and provide insights; Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary, authorities; Maintain accurate records; Ensure tax compliance. Requirements: Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification (ACCA/CPA); 3-5 years accounting experience, preferably construction; Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office; Understanding of bank facilities and loan documentation; Knowledge of construction contracts and project cost tracking; Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented; Able to work independently. 5. INTERNAL AUDIT EXECUTIVE (Kuching, Sarawak) Job Responsibilities: Plan and conduct internal audits (operational, financial, compliance) and site audits; Review internal controls and policies; Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations; Follow up on corrective actions; Liaise with external auditors and regulators; Maintain audit documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related; Minimum 3 years internal audit experience; Knowledge of accounting, business processes and auditing standards; Proficiency in MS Office and audit tools; Strong analytical and communication skills; Willing to travel for site audits.
