Accounts Executive

Overview Responsible for maintaining and updating the accounts of the Joint Management Body / Management Corporation in a timely and accurate manner to ensure the accounts reflect a true and fair view. Requirements 1. Bachelor's Degree (specialised in Financial Accounting). 2. Total Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 years. 3. Skill and knowledge to handle bank reconciliation and full sets of accounts of property management companies. 4. Ability to present and explain the accounts to the management committee in a clear and concise manner. 5. Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships with division staff and customers. 6. Conversant with all provisions of the Strata Management Ordinance 2019. 7. Basic oral and/or written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Responsibilities 1.
