Choon Hua Trading Corporation Sdn Bhd is hiring an Accounts Executive for its Demak Laut branch in Kuching, Sarawak. The role handles financial record keeping, cash flow and bank reconciliation, journal entries, monthly reporting and compliance support for audit, taxation and statutory matters.
Requirements
1. Certificate/LCCI/Diploma/Degree or equivalent in a related field.
2. At least two (2) years of working experience.
3. Pleasant personality, fast learner, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain records of all financial documents with appropriate supporting materials.
2. Manage cash flow and bank reconciliation.
3. Prepare journal and data entries, ensuring entries are correct and comply with the corporate timetable for monthly reports.
4. Prepare all data related to external auditors, tax and company secretary to ensure compliance on all matters relating to audit, taxation and statutory requirements.
