Account Executive

Overview Vitaja Holdings Sdn Bhd is a Sarawak-based company specialising in building materials and interior design construction works. We are seeking an Account Executive to handle full set accounts and financial reporting in Kuching. Requirements 1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance with preferable working experience. 2. Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision. 3. Able to travel to outstation when required. Responsibilities 1. Handle and monitor the full set of accounts system. 2. Perform accounting routine tasks accurately. 3. Monitor and update collection from clients. 4. Prepare self-billings and e-invoicing to clients. 5. Submit e-invoicing to the authority concerned. 6. Update and maintain documentation and filing to support accounting entries. 7. Perform monthly bank reconciliation and compile monthly financial statements for management reporting.
