Account Executive (Kuching)

Overview RJ Realty Sdn Bhd, a real estate developer in Sarawak, is seeking an Account Executive to join its team in Kuching. The role involves maintaining financial records, preparing monthly statements and supporting business decision-making. Requirements 1. Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably within the real estate industry. 3. Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. 4. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both financial and non-financial stakeholders. 6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations. Responsibilities 1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. 2. Preparing monthly financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. 3. Reconciling bank statements and other accounts to ensure financial data integrity. 4. Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax authorities. 5. Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making. 6. Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. 7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and company policies. Location Kuching, Sarawak
