Account Executive

Overview The company is seeking a qualified Account Executive to join their finance team in Kuching, Sarawak. The role involves preparing financial statements, managing payables and receivables, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance. Requirements 1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Accounting role, preferably within the Construction industry. 3. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and regulations. 4. Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications. 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. 7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 8. A proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset. Responsibilities 1. Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 2. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. 3. Conducting financial audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. 4. Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. 5. Providing financial advice and support to the management team. 6.
